The transformation of my Echeveria Succulent!

I’m sure throughout the many blog posts on my succulents and cacti you’ve noticed this stunning large mama Echeveria! I’m not sure what its name is within the Echeveria family, I think it’s Glauca, but if I’m wrong please correct me. Well, this hearty drought-tolerant landscape succulent has transformed into quite the beauty! As if it wasn’t cute enough when I first bought it, just look at what happened over a couple months!

Although I love all of my plants, this one must be the most adorable – I call it my bloomin’ onion! One other lovely part of this particular succulent are the babies rapidly sprouting from her roots! They are poppin’ out all over!

This is when I first bought it, it had no flower stalks whatsoever.....

This was a few weeks after I bought it..... two baby flower stalks sprouting from the rosette center!...

When I got back from my trip to Europe this is what it looked like!!! What rapid growth! I was in pleasant shock!....

adorable...

And today this is what the beautiful monster bloom' onion looks like..... pretty little pink and yellow flowers....

Isn't she amazing? Yes, yes she is.... I cant wait to plant her in a yard some day where she can rage out of control! YEAH!!!

It's Friday, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOO!
